The faculty of the University's College of Education invite you and your family to attend the Teachers of Tomorrow Program, a special event for high school students, transfer students—and others interested in becoming teachers.
This event will be held November 17, 2009 on the Indiana State University campus (details at right).
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This event is for high school students, transfer students, and others interested in learning more about Indiana State University and becoming a teacher. Parents and families are welcomed (and encouraged) to attend.
WHY ATTEND
The Teachers of Tomorrow Program is truly a unique opportunity to experience what it will be like to pursue your dream of becoming a teacher.
You will:
- Tour the ISU campus.
- Meet with professors, students, and faculty advisors in the College of Education.
- Attend a "mini-class" session.
- Use cutting-edge technology.
- Learn first-hand how ISU's curriculum prepares you as both an educator and as a leader.
- Learn more about financial aid programs, scholarships, and other ways to finance your education.
COST
Admission and parking are free. Breakfast and lunch are provided at no cost.
