Commuter Services


Students who commute are connected to the University by a network of services including academic advisors, student organizations and clubs, cultural and social events—and much more.


To make commuting easier, the University offers a variety of services, including:

  1. Admissions Welcome Center.  One-stop assistance with all the processes necessary to start and begin classes, including admission, financial aid, and orientation
     
  2. Hulman Memorial Student Union (HMSU).  Serves as the community center of the University, including the bookstore, computers, fitness center, food court, lounges, locker rentals, TDD phones, wireless connection--even tire pumps and jumper cables
     
  3. Parking.  Six student lots with designated accessible parking
     
  4. Lounges.  Equipped with couches, desks, tables, televisions, and microwave ovens--and conveniently located in Hulman Memorial Student Union.
     
  5. Student employment.
