SPSS, Version 6.1, Installation for the Macintosh

General Information

SPSS has made a decision to support SPSS on the Macintosh.

Installation Instructions

Before running SPSS you will need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Copy the SPSS 6.1 folder located on the Mac_Software server to your hard disk.
  2. Open the SPSS 6.1 folder and locate the SPSS folder. Copy the SPSS folder (drag it) into the Preferences folder located inside your System folder.

Modules That Are Available

All of the Base "Basic Statistics" Modules, the Professional Statistics Module, and the Advanced Statistics Module have been installed. The modules for TRENDS, TABLES and CATEGORIES were not purchased.
