What You Need To Know About Financial Aid for 2013-2014
The 2013-2014 Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) is easier than ever. Visit www.fafsa.gov to file using your
estimated household income and demographics. File by March 1 for priority consideration.
Revisit your FAFSA before May 15 to provide your final tax information. Use the IRS data retrieval tool to automatically
upload your tax return data to the FAFSA. After submitting, review your confirmation screen to ensure you have the appropriate
signatures and zero error messages.
Indiana State University's Office of Student Financial Aid will make estimated offers in late March. Incoming freshmen
will be mailed a paper letter. All other students will be contacted via email, and estimated awards will be posted in the
IMPORTANT: Just because an award has been offered to you does not mean your aid package is complete. To view unsatisfied
