Spring financial aid disburses on January 2, 2014. Refunds are issued shortly after.
The University closes from December 21-January 1 for
Winter Break, and inquiries will not be answered during this time. In addition, telephone and email services will be undergoing routine
maintenance and users may experience busy signals and bounce back messages when attempting to contact the office.
During break, you may leave a message via email at ISUfirstname.lastname@example.org. Inquiries will be answered in the
order which they are received after January 2. In order to expedite the email process, please write to us from your ISU email account and
include your 9-digit student ID number. Thank you.
