Retirees on Medicare

AMWINS is the administrator of Indiana State University Retiree Medical Program. The plan is available to qualified retirees and their spouse who are age 65 or older, no longer working and enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.

You become Medicare-eligible on the first day of the month in which you turn age 65. The University currently offers a Medical Supplemental Plan with Part D prescription coverage or an Medicare Advantage Plan with a Part D RX plan. Eligible Retirees and Spouses also retain their Delta Dental coverage if enrolled on one of the above plans. Additional information can be found under the Dental section.
