- Coordinate employee recognition awards

- Support managers and employees in resolution of problems and
enhancing relations
- Research and advise compliance on appropriate employment
policies, procedures and guidelines
- Develop and present training programs for staff
- Provide a conduit for information between employees and
management
- Develop/interpret policies relating to terms and conditions of
work
