CIGNA is the third party administrator for Indiana State University's Medical Coverage.  Our coverage is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and the network is CIGNA Open Access Plus (OAP).

GETTING TO KNOW myCIGNA: 

You can go to CIGNA's web page to find providers in the OAP network or for a "user friendly" personalized search, you can sign onto myCIGNA.com.  Here you will find an easy search for doctor's; hospital's or other providers in your network along with information about your claims (access to all your explanation of benefit records); track you deductible and out-of-pocket expenses; and your coverage.
