Fill out a separate form for each class or each group of classes that are to be treated as a single group. When you have filled out all of the information press the Submit button at the end of the form. Remember, if you need to fill out more than one form, after submitting your first form, you may use your web browser's previous page option and overtype your first form with just the information that needs to be changed. If you have questions about how to fill out this form, contact Vickie Day in IT/Technical Support at x3358. If you do not receive confirmation of your request within 2 business days, please contact Vickie Day at x3358.

If you have questions about how to user your class accounts environment, you can receive assistance from Aaron Brink of IT/User Services by contacting the IT Help Desk at x2910 or via email to IT-Help@indstate.edu. You should also contact the help desk about any problems you may encounter after you and your students begin using your class accounts.

Be sure to read the short sections on computer lab reservations, class discussion email lists, and lab teaching discussion groups. Also, you may want to take advantage of IT/User Services Training for Academic Courses progam which is described in the Student Training Program and Policies web page. Refer to the IT/User Services Faculty Guide for more information about Information Technology resources for instructional computing.
