ALL CEREMONIES WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, May 11, 2024

Graduate Ceremony at 9:00 a.m.

This ceremony will include all Doctoral, Master's, and EdS degree candidates.

Platform Party & Faculty Processional – 8:45 a.m., Ceremony – 9:00 a.m. Eastern

Faculty arrive by 8:15 a.m. for robing and line-up in the Meeting Room Complex of Hulman Center.

Undergraduate Ceremony 1 at Noon

College of Arts & Sciences, Bayh College of Education, and Scott College of Business

Platform Party & Faculty Processional – 11:45 p.m., Ceremony – Noon Eastern

Faculty arrive by 11:15 a.m. for robing and line-up in the Meeting Room Complex of Hulman Center. 

Undergraduate Ceremony 2 at 3:00 p.m.

Bailey College of Engineering and Technology and College of Health & Human Services

Platform Party & Faculty Processional – 2:45 p.m., Ceremony – 3 p.m. Eastern

Faculty arrive by 2:15 p.m. for robing and line-up in the Meeting Room Complex of Hulman Center. 

After completing the attendance form, click on the submit button, and it will be sent directly to Academic Affairs.
