Student Services Concierge

Indiana State University has designed the Students Services Concierge especially for admitted ISU online learners. If you have encountered problems that are keeping you from moving forward with your educational goals, our Concierge is here to assist in any way that we can.

Prior to contacting the Student Services Concierge, check out Sycamore Express for answers to the most common questions and problems related to being a student at Indiana State University. We provide information and assistance with academic options, billing and finances, financial aid, graduation, housing and dining, registration, scholarships, and other ISU services and resources.

Time Management Tools

It may be helpful to schedule time to work on your online course, as if it were a face-to-face course meeting at regular times. Distance Education Guidelines

Although online courses can be just as rigorous and beneficial as face-to-face classes, there are also additional concerns related to time, workload, academic integrity, online etiquette, and personal responsibilities. Indiana State Online Students Residing Outside of Indiana: Each of the states has its own approval processes for out-of-state institutions offering online degrees. While Indiana State University endeavors to offer all of its programs to as wide an audience as possible, all ISU online programs may not be available in all states. Currently, online programs are not offered in the states of Arkansas and Massachusetts. To check the status of programs available in a particular state, visit program availability.
