All manuscripts will be subject to double-blind peer review. Upon receipt of the manuscript a technical review will be conducted. The Editorial Staff will communicate the results of the technical review with the corresponding author and if needed, revisions will be expected from the authors. The paper will then be sent out for review.
The reviewers will include at least one editorial board member. The initial review process is estimated to take six - eight weeks.
