Purpose of the Room Change Request Form:  

  1. Request a room change within your current hall

  2. Request to move to another hall

  3. Request a single room.

 

Steps to follow to request a room/hall change:

  1. Click on the button below to get the form.

  2. Complete the form on-line, be sure to provide all requested information.

  3. Print out the completed form.

  4. Take the form to the front desk of the hall you wish to reside in.

  5. Make an appointment to speak with the Area Director of that hall, leave the completed form.

  6. Keep your appointment.
