2009 Awards Banquet
2009 PRESIDENTIAL
SCHOLAR-ATHLETES OF THE YEAR
The most prestigious award presented annually to a male and female
student-athlete, an honor that recognizes athletic accomplishments,
academic achievements, qualities of leadership and service to the
university and community. This award also distinguishes and
individual who will use the experiences of intercollegiate athletics
participation to make a positive contribution to his and her profession
and community.

GILLUM AWARD
Recognizes a graduating student-athlete who has attained the highest grade
point average while displaying outstanding leadership abilities.

Sycamore Cup
This award is given annually to the team that
demonstrates a commitment to excellence off the field. The components
included are GPA, community service, support of fellow Sycamores, and
attendance at CHAMPS/Life Skills events.
