The Office of Student Conduct and Integrity utilizes Maxient's Conduct Manager™ software to receive and manage the student conduct case load. This cutting edge software allows us to increase communication between departments on campus which have a need to know about student conduct issues. Maxient's Conduct Manager™ allows our office to send electronic correspondence to students regarding their student conduct matters. The software provides the Office of Community Standards & Student Conduct with the ability to receive documentation of incidents electronically.

Only Authorized Faculty/Staff may Submit a report

If you are not an authorized to file a report and wish to file a report, please contact either the University Police Department (812-237-5555 or 911) or the Office of Student Conduct and Integrity (812-237-3800).  Residential students may also contact a hall staff member.

Submitting a report online should not replace contacting University Police.  A report may be submitted by the appropriate staff member following response by University Police as supporting documentation.
