The Student Publications Board selects our editor in chief and student advertising manager and provides general oversight to the publication’s operation. Board members are appointed by the university president through the vice president for student affairs. The board currently consists of nine voting members: three students, two faculty members, two university administrators and two professional journalists.
Non-voting board members include the Statesman editor, the student advertising manager, the director of Student Publications and the assistant director of Student Publications.
