Academic Programs Abroad
Dublin Business School and School of Arts
Ireland, or "Eire" in Irish is famous for its history and culture as well as for the hospitality of its people, and Dublin, Ireland's cosmpolitan capital, is an ideal location for a student interested in all that Ireland has to offer!
Located in the very heart of Dublin, DBS offers a 16 week semester program with coursework in business, psychology, economics, film, journalism, social science, cultural and media studies. In addition, all study abroad students take a foundation course that covers Irish politics, history, literature and culture, and this course is enhanced by two weekend field trips usually to Belfast and the Aran Islands along with other historical sites.
Housing can be either with an Irish family or in a student apartment. The program has an on-site resident director available to answer questions and provide important information about living and studying in Dublin.
An additonal highlight of this program is the opportunity to do an internship during the semester. Placements are made by expereinced professionals on-site and are based on the expereince and objectives of each student.
