Performance Reviews

Description

This process is done by all supervisors on campus. New staff are evaluated on a 90 day trial period, and then yearly for the campus wide evaluation period. Each individual is evaluated on their performance and the completion of their goals.

Availability and Cost

Available to all employees to set their own goals, evaluate themselves and then have their supervisor evaluate them as well. No cost.
