Important Information Relating to Changing State of Residence or Location

In accordance with U.S. Department of Education regulations, it is important that you keep Indiana State University informed of any change in your current state of residence or location (if not your state of residence).  This is necessary if you are enrolled in a program that may lead to licensure or certification. We must be able to notify you if the program does not meet your current state’s requirements.

  • The change in location may be updated in the MyISU Portal.
  • After the update is made, we will notify you of any differences in the ISU program and the requirements for licensure or certification in your new location.
  • If you have any questions on how to make the update, you may contact your advisor or call us at 812-237-2345.

Moving to another state where the ISU program may not meet state requirements for licensing or certification could affect Title IV, HEA funding for that program.

Questions regarding online program availability should be directed to Indiana State Online at (812) 237-2345 or IndianaStateOnline@indstate.edu The University reserves the right to correct errors.
