At the end of the evening, we will provide free FAFSA filing assistance.

Drop of Lavender: LGBTQIA+ Summit

The summit will be a one-day conference intended to promote the University’s Inclusive Excellence pillar by offering inclusive education and programming to a growing LGBTQIA+ student population. The summit is based around the MBLGTACC conference held each February, and is considered the largest LGBTQIA+ conference in the midwest, drawing such speakers as Laverne Cox, offering a closer-to-home conference.

Performing Arts Series: Recycled Percussion - Junk Rock

Recycled Percussion will be rocking Tilson's stage for our next show in the Performing Arts Series! The Recycled Percussion crew will be in Terre Haute on Thursday, January 25th at 7:30 p.m. The junk rock crew gained national fame by performing on America's Got Talent back in 2009. During each show the band creates their gritty and fun music with buckets, power tools, and anything else they can get their hands on. We hope you make it out for a night of fun! Tickets are on sale now and available at the Hulman Center Ticket Office, ticketmaster.com, and by calling 1-800-745-3000.

Graduate Writing Retreat

Graduate Writing Retreat will give students the time, space, and support they need to make significant progress on projects from all departments with the guidance of writing specialists, librarians, and peers.

Students may attend for the whole 5 days or for a portion of the retreat and will participate in goal-setting workshops, individual writing consultations, presentations on editing issues, guest speakers, wellness activities, and plenty of private writing time. Students may seek sponsorship from their departments to help cover the cost of attendance.
