Giving Societies & Awards

The Division of University Advancement recognizes the generosity of our donors through various giving societies and awards celebrating philanthropy to Indiana State. 

Giving Societies

President’s Society – recognizes donors who make annual contributions of $1,000 or more during the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

Dale McKee Society - recognizes consecutive years giving during the fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

Cornerstone Society - recognizes donors who establish endowment funds benefiting university scholarships and programs.

1865 Society – honors donors who include Indiana State in their estate plans. 

Book and Torch Society - recognizes donors whose lifetime contributions to Indiana State reach $100,000 or more. 

Philanthropy Awards

March On! Awards – the University’s highest award recognizing transformational philanthropy to Indiana State.

John P. Newton Spirit of ISU Award - recognizes alumni for their deep commitment to and advancement of Indiana State.
