Online Human Resource Development Minor

With the fully online minor in human resource development for higher education and industry, you’ll gain the knowledge and skills to help organizations improve human performance. This online minor is open to all majors.

Your online courses are taught by full-time faculty at Indiana State. Your courses will include characteristics of human resource development, career development and employee appraisals, organization development and industrial organization psychology. You’ll also choose one of three safety electives: aviation safety management systems, introduction to industrial health and safety, or occupational liability and safety.

Through this 100% online minor at Indiana State, you’ll prepare for leadership roles helping organizations in the private and public sectors. Your professional responsibilities may include:
