Faculty or administrators needing help with FAD should contact their respective College Dean's office for assistance. If the Dean's office is unable to answer the question, contact the Academic Affairs Faculty Fellow, Dr. Annie Liner. Faculty are encouraged to first seek assistance from their respective college because each college may have their own expectations, deadlines, or requirements for entering activities into the system.

If you are current faculty (tenure, tenure-track, multi-year, one-year contract) you should be able to access FAD through the MyISU Portal. If you do not see the Faculty Activity Database application, you do not have an active account, please contact your college Dean's office.

If you are not faculty, but need access to FAD to run reports or manage activities for your college or department, please have your dean or department chair submit an OIT Help Desk ticket requesting your access. For all non-faculty accounts, you will need to login to FAD from the direct url login. Non-faculty members will not see the application appear in MyISU Portal.
