Sylvia Laska Memorial Scholarship
This Scholarship was established in 1987 by professor emeritus of art, John Laska, to honor his wife, Sylvia, a 1966 alumna, retired teacher and social activist who held a deep concern for human rights. Recipients must have a declared major in Early Childhood Education. Final selection is made by a committee appointed by the chair of the department.
