Build Your Future Day is a construction and design-related career fair. This fair connects students with employers looking to hire interns and full-time employees in the following areas: - Construction Management - Safety Management - Civil Engineering Technology - Interior Architectural Design - Architectural Engineering Technology

This is an opportunity for students to make a positive impression on potential employers. Students are also invited to attend a free networking lunch with employers participating in the fair, but registration for the lunch is required in advance.

Students are invited to participate in a four-course meal, an instructional professional etiquette course, and networking with Sycamore students, alumni, and employers. Business professional or business casual dress is required. Prohibited attire includes shorts, jeans, t-shirts, active wear, tennis shoes, flip flops, etc. $20 registration fee is required to attend the etiquette dinners. Indiana State University students and alumni are invited to the Fall Career Fair. Featuring over 140 employers and graduate programs, the Fall Career Fair provides an opportunity for participants to interact with representatives from various organizations who are recruiting for full-time positions, internship and job shadow opportunities, and part-time and summer jobs, as well as graduate and professional programs.
