Life Series Workshop: Stress Management

The Life Series Workshop was a program designed to give students an opportunity to become more aware of important topics that will assist with both personal and professional development in order to prepare for their future endeavors. The following are some of the topics that will be covered in this program: career explorations, financial literacy, study tips, time management, networking, etc. It is the hope of the Multicultural Services and Programs office that students will gain leadership, teamwork and critical thinking skills as well as reduce stress about life after college.

Dublin Changes

Students from the department of theater recently performed a show in Ireland. The students will perform a devised piece, "Dublin Changes", that they created about the trip and the experiences that they had in Ireland. The performance will last about a half an hour. Come out and have some fun learning about the trip!

New Play Readings

See readings of new work written by student playwrights at the New Play Readings presented by Indiana State University Department of Theater! The Swope Art Museum will be hosting ISU playwrights as they present their short plays inspired by art works displayed in the museum. Each reading of a play will be followed by a short feedback session in which the playwrights invite your candid responses. The Swope Art Museum is located between Wabash and Ohio on 7th Street. Come out and support student artists!

Theodore Dreiser Visiting Writers Series: Chris Forhan

Poet and memoirist Chris Forhan will read as part of the English department's Theodore Dreiser Visiting Writers Series, co-sponsored by Center for Community Engagement. Chris Forhan is the author of the memoir, My Father Before Me and three books of poetry - Black Leapt In; The Actual Moon, The Actual Stars; and Forgive Us Our Happiness. The event is free and open to the public.
