Lavender Graduation

Lavender Graduation is an annual celebration intended to bring the entire LGBT community together to celebrate the success of our students. ANY LGBT STUDENT AND ALLY can participate in Lavender Graduation. (Students don’t need to have been involved in any LGBT student organization prior to graduation). 

The Office of Multicultural Services & Programs, in partnership with Spectrum, are asking you to attend Indiana State University’s 2016 Lavender Graduation. 

Cram Jam

The Office of Campus Life and Sodexo are sponsoring “Cram Jam,” an event to provide stress relief during Study Week.Sodexo will be offering free nachos and toppings, and members of the President’s Cabinet, Deans, University College staff and Student Affairs staff will be handing out candy. The Office of Campus Life will be showing a movie in the Commons beginning at 9:45 p.m.

Trapped film screening and discussion

The Library and the Multidisciplinary Studies Department is hosting a screening of TRAPPED, a new documentary about new state laws targeting abortion providers.  The film features concerned, caring, frustrated staff from centers in Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama.  This screening is one of five being shown throughout Indiana during the month of April, to shine a spotlight on the erosion of women's rights and increasing restrictions to access to health care.  A post-film discussion will be led by Linda Maule, Dean of University College and professor of Political Science.

Binglow

Come out to play Binglow also known as glow in the dark bingo! Students will be given free t-shirts and glow in the dark necklaces upon entry while supplies last. Participants will also be able to enjoy refreshments and have a chance at winning great prizes!
