Mathematical achievements credited to women and those that should be

A brief look into the contributions that women have made in the field of mathematics. It will also review some of the contributions that women have made but did not receive appropriate credit for. Presenter Shai Hollifield is a junior Honors student majoring in elementary education with minors in middle school mathematics and reading. This session is a portion of her current research for her honors thesis, which focuses on the gender gap in mathematics.
