Persons or organizations are responsible for arranging chairs the way that will best suit their needs for the event and for cleaning up afterwards. Kitchen must be used as warming pantry only. Persons or organizations will be responsible for missing or damaged equipment. The same maintenance policy, including washing, drying and putting up equipment should be observed.
