AAUW Information Session: Opportunities for Undergraduates

The AAUW information session Friday, September 19, 3p.m. in Library, Room 028 will highlight opportunities for undergraduate students. This event will be especially useful to student organization advisers for program ideas to hear about the National Conference for College Women Student Leaders (NCCWSL), "Elect Her" (the only program in the country that encourages and trains college women to run for student government and future political office), the National AAUW Student Advisory Council, AAUW student organizations, Campus Action Project grants, "$tart $mart" Salary Negotiation Workshops and, of course, free memberships for ISU under grads. AAUW is historically known as the American Association for University Women; membership is not sex/gender-specific.
