Continuing Education
This Division investigates knowledge, perceptions, and behaviors of practicing clinicians to identify gaps and develop effective interventions to promote continued competence.
The goal of the Division is to move the profession of Athletic Training forward by creating a more robust approach to assuring the quality of patient care and mentorship / preceptorship of future professionals.
The Continuing Education Division also incorporates teaching and evaluating clinical skills in athletic training, specifically through understanding the educational benefits of standardized patients in athletic training
