Walk a Mile in a Refugee's Shoes is an hour long simulation which has been tailored to a 50-minute class session. It allows participants to assume the identity and role of a refugee.

With an emphasis on the Sisters of Providence we'll explore where, how, and why women religious, aka 'Sisters' have been active in the work for justice through the years. Recognizing our belief that all is one, our faith calls us to action on behalf of justice without regard to race, color, creed, gender or any other way in which the human community attempts to categorize persons.
