Critical Conversations: Latinos Beyond Reel

The Critical Conversations Program was designed to give people a place to learn about, experience, and discuss current issues that our facing us today. These issues include but are not limited to: women¹s rights, LGBTQ issues, rape, misogyny, sexism, ageism, veteran issues, immigration, terrorism, race/ethnicity issues, and religious issues, etc. Critical Conversations gives participants the opportunity to engage in conversation that allow them to share their belief and/or opinion in a safe, affirming manner.

Life Series Workshop: Self Care

This workshop series was designed to give students an opportunity to become more aware of important life decisions that will assist with learning how to navigate the collegiate experience. It is the hope that students will obtain personal development through topics such as: leadership, Self-care and critical thinking skills in order to reduce stress about life during and after college.

This workshop series was designed to give students an opportunity to become more aware of important life decisions that will assist with learning how to navigate the collegiate experience. This workshop series was designed to give students an opportunity to become more aware of important life decisions that will assist with learning how to navigate the collegiate experience. Belief Zone

The mission of Belief Zone is to educate students, faculty, and staff on how to interact with individuals that have different religious beliefs. The program provides participants with tools to understand differing cultures and be able to start and have the difficult conversations surrounding religious beliefs. This program will assist in making the Indiana State University campus a safe and inclusive environment for people of all religious backgrounds. People can come and ask members of a panel of a certain religion any questions that they may have.
