ISU Study Abroad Fair

The ISU Study Abroad Office welcomes the ISU campus and community to join in the fun that is Studying Abroad! On Sept. 8, stop by between 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in Hulman Memorial Student Union Dede I to begin your study abroad adventure!! We will have representatives from partner universities, study abroad affiliates, and faculty-led program coordinators. Also, representatives from Financial Aid, International Studies Minor, Language Department, and more will be on hand! You can have chance to talk to Study Abroad Alumni from every corner of the world! Join us to begin your travels!

Evening of Worship

This evening is a chance to freely praise God and fellowship with one another. Come out April 26 to Dede l at 7 p.m., no admission required. Join Divine Praise and various groups and/or individuals to give God the ultimate Worship. This includes praise dancing, spoken word, singing, and instrumental musical selections. "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord" Psalm 150:6.

SpringFest 2015 Featuring Bear Hands

The students of the Residence Hall Association, Union Board and Student Government Association along with the office of Campus Life are bring the Bear Hands band to the Hulman Center on April 30th at 7:30 pm. The event is for ISU students and general admission is free. You must have a ticket and your student ID at the event. Tickets can be picked up from the RHA, SGA, or Union Board/Campus Life offices or the Hulman Center ticket office before the event and the day of.

It's been a long semester, take a study break during study week and enjoy Bear Hands!

Breaking the Glass Ceiling

Breaking the Glass Ceiling: A Forum discussion on empowering female students, particularly Asian Females in their chosen fields, Q & A period to follow discussion.

Panelists are: Dr. Phylis Lan Lin, professor of sociology at the University of Indianapolis, Dr. Sudipa Mitra-Kirtley, professor of physics and optical engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology; and Lakshmi Reddy, judge for the Vigo Superior Court Division Two.

African Global Night

Come celebrate the rich cultural diversity found across the many countries of Africa!  See Dance Performances, African Drumming, Original Poetry, Modern, Traditional, and Classic Fashion from Nigeria to Egypt. Then Join us for a meal with flavors from West Africa in Dede II & III.  Tickets are being sold in the Commons between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.  $10 each, $8 each for a group of 5 or more.  Contact Lola Akinlaja for information. 812-241-3717
