Indiana has recently made national news due to a new bill that Governor Mike Pence signed into law. The American Democracy Project will be sponsoring an event to discuss the significance of this bill and why it has created so much controversy across the country. Pizza and refreshments will be available at the event.
Bill Cosby was originally scheduled to appear at ISU on March 6th. In light of his cancelation and the circumstances surrounding it, the American Democracy Project is sponsoring an event about Bill Cosby on the day he was supposed to perform. The event will feature discussion about Bill Cosby and all the current controversy related to sexual violence and consent. What exactly qualifies as consent? What proof is needed to prove sexual assault? We will be discussing these questions plus many more in this lunch time event. Food and other refreshments will be provided.
