Flow Fit is back again with a twist! This class is designed to elevate your mind body connection through controlled full body pilates-style strengthening exercises. With the use of various equipment and props you can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout.

The Student-Led Free Physical Therapy Clinic offers compassionate and professional rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from injury. Staffed by dedicated students under the supervision of licensed professionals, the clinic focuses on personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring strength, mobility, and overall function. Patients receive hands-on care in a supportive environment, where students apply their knowledge and skills to help community members regain their independence and improve their quality of life, all at no cost.
