Women in STEM Profession’s mission is to improve preparation, retention, and recruitment of women in STEM fields. Three goals of the organization include: 1) outreach and support to women interested in STEM careers, 2) professional development for WISP collegiate members, and 3) networking. We offer an annual conference, school visits, electronic resources, social events, and individual conversations for our members.
