ABSENCE REQUEST FORM

All absence requests must be submitted to be considered for approval. This includes if you need to miss the Marching Sycamores for health-related issues such as illness or a positive COVID-19 test.

HOME GAME TICKET REQUEST

All members of the ISU Marching Sycamores are entitled to two (2) comp ticket to each Indiana State University home football game at Memorial Stadium. Requests must be made by emailing the program managers, Abbie and Alayna (Mharrison24@sycamores.indstate.edu and aaldridge2@sycamores.indstate.edu) with the name of your guests. Your email is due by 12:00pm noon on the Wednesday prior to the home game.

COURSE CONFLICT FORM

Complete this form to report recurring course conflicts with the Marching Sycamores rehearsal time. You will need to fill this form out once for each class conflicting with the rehearsal time.All class conflict requests must be submitted NO LATER THAN 6:00 PM ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 20, 2024.

DISTRESSING ENCOUNTERS FORM

Complete this anonymous form if you have encountered or witnessed any unpleasant experiences while being a member of the Marching Sycamores. Examples of distressing encounters can consist of (but are not limited to) bullying, hazing, racism, sexism, etc.

UNIFORM ACCESSORIES AND ISSUES

All uniform issues, such as loose or missing buttons, fabric tears, broken collar fasteners, etc. must be reported as quickly as possible to facilitate timely resolutions. The Uniform Manager team will contact you to schedule a time to facilitate resolution.

INSTRUMENT RENTAL AND REPAIRS

Email Ms. Kelly Fallon (Kelly.Fallon@indstate.edu) for all questions related to instrument rental and repairs. The Marching Sycamores have a limited inventory of marching band instruments available for rental for $60 per semester.
