Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law fraternity

ISU has a chapter of Phi Alpha Delta.  This student run Pre-Law fraternity engages in law school related programming such as bringing speaker panels to campus and works with faculty to  bring law school admission’s representatives to ISU and to facilitate law school visits.  Phi Alpha Delta also engages in community service such as the Vigo County Teen Court Program and provides professional networking opportunities.

Faculty led activities of interest to Pre-Law students include attending the LSAC Law Forum in Chicago to learn about the law school experience and meet with representatives from over one hundred and eighty law schools.  The Indiana Court of Appeals annually conducts oral arguments in an actual case on campus, Constitution Day is celebrated with a program on the upcoming U.S. Supreme Court term, and programs on the law school application process are given.
