The fair provides an opportunity for participants to interact with representatives from various organizations who are recruiting for full-time positions, internship and job shadow opportunities, and part-time and summer jobs, as well as graduate and professional programs.

The Career Fair Preparation presentation takes students step by step through clarifying goals, researching organizations, preparing an elevator pitch, what to wear, what to bring to the fair, how to work the floor, and how to follow up with employers.

These sessions will highlight the Internship Scholarship Programs offered by the Career Center, including Focus Indiana, Rex Breeden, and Out of State scholarships. Students will gain an understanding of the origin and purpose of each scholarship in addition to the requirements to apply. An overview of career services and tips that will aid students in the application process will also be addressed.
