Student Events

Learn about and practice important networking and dining skills that will help you be successful in your career! Local employers talk with students about how to effectively network focusing on four topics: using social media in your job search; interviewing tips; proper dress; and professional communications. Students are provided with personalized business cards and given the opportunity to network with one another and the employers while exchanging their business cards. The evening ends with a formal five-course meal, while being educated about how to dine professionally.

Art Spaces, Inc. and ISU Community School of the Arts will host an award ceremony to honor the winners of the 2015 Max Ehrmann Poetry Competition. Fourteen awards will be presented at the event which will be held in St. Mary-of-the-Woods College in Rooney Library on Monday, April 27,2015. The event is free and open to the public.

Come Paint tiles, canvas, pottery, and picture frames. We have a lot of fun crafts, so come join in the fun! Free fun! Bring your friends and your student ID.

The Graduation Fair will include a variety of vendors such as; Oak Hall, Herff-Jones, the Career Center, the Alumni Association, Grad Images, and more! There will also be several activities such as; Cookie decorating, Cap decorating, snacks, and a photo booth.
