This button allows you to add and upload media to your site. This includes images, pdf files, word documents, audio files and other media. There are several steps involved in this process and there are subtle differences for each type of media. This page will demonstrate adding documents such as PDF files and WORD documents. A separate page will demonstrate images and how to work with them on your page.
The size limit on files is set to 50 MB. Right now, the types of files allowed to be uploaded are: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, txt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, ppt, pptx, pps, ppsx, odt, ods, odp, mp3, mov, mp4, m4a, m4v, mpeg, avi, ogg, oga, ogv, weba, webp, webm, pub, and xps. Step-1

Before you click the button, click on the place in your page where you would like to place the document.

Step-2

Select your file from your desktop and choose the proper folder to upload your document. Each department should have their own folder. If more folders are needed, please contact us. Once you have selected the document and chosen the folder to upload it, click on the NEXT button

Step-3

The Private folder project is not complete. Ignore this screen and click NEXT again.

Step-4

IMPORTANT WARNING! The Name field is important. The text in this field is what will show as a link to your document on your page. Make sure you have the text exactly as you want it to appear because it can't be changed once you save this. Also, you have to re-select the proper folder once again. When you are done, select Save.

Step-5

This is a confirmation of what you have done. The top will show the name that will show as a link to your file and will confirm the folder. If everything is correct, click on Submit. If there are problems, you can cancel at this time.

Step-6

After you click SUBMIT, a link to your document should show on your page as well as an image to let people know what type of document it is.
