Organization

The Investment Club is led by a group of student officers under the supervision of a faculty advisor. Election of the officers will take place at the last scheduled club meeting for the spring semester.  Any vacant positions will be filled at that time. A majority vote is required to elect any officer. The officers are:

President (Current President – Colton Romine)

The President is responsible for the Investment Club activities overall.  Duties and responsibilities include yielding the floor to the Investment Club officers when appropriate; ensuring the members fulfill their commitments to the Investment Club, and presiding over the Investment Club meetings.  The President reports to the faculty advisor.

Vice President (Current Vice President – Kyle Koch)

The Vice President is responsible for the Investment Club in the absence of the President.  Duties and responsibilities include assisting the President during meetings; providing guidance to the officers in the Investment Club, scheduling meetings, rooms and equipment, and facilitating presentations by club members.

Treasurer (Current Treasurer – Tony Sireci)

The treasurer is responsible for the foundation of the Investment Club’s assets.  Duties and responsibilities include providing monthly reports (that detail transactions, cash flows, securities held and their current value, and change in value of each security and the overall portfolios performance since the previous report), maintaining separate accounts by legal registration, valuation of the holdings, collecting all income and dividends owed to the Investment Club, and settling all transactions initiated by the portfolio managers.
