State Senator Travis Holdman (R-Indianapolis)​

Chair, Senate Insurance & Financial Institutions Committee

Travis HoldmanState Sen. Travis Holdman represents Senate District 19, which is composed of Adams, Blackford, Jay and Wells Counties and portions of Grant and Huntington Counties. First elected in 2008, Holdman current chairs the Senate Committee on Financial Institutions and serves as Assistant Majority Whip. He is also a member of the Senate Committees on Insurance, Tax and Fiscal Policy, Environmental Affairs, Local Government, and the Commission on Improving the Status of Children.

 A former Wells County Deputy Prosecutor and Wells County Council member, Holdman is currently an attorney in private practice. He was Deputy Prosecutor for Wells County and has served on the boards of the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions, Huntington University, Youth for Christ, Independent Community Bankers of Indiana, and the Community Bankers Association of Indiana.

State Representative Christina Hale (D-Indianapolis)

Christina HaleA lifelong Hoosier, State Representative Christina Hale is serving in the Indiana House of Representatives because she sees a very exciting future for our state. Christina has grown up, raised her family and worked her entire life in Indiana.

As a former executive at Kiwanis International, Christina worked to strengthen and support communities across the globe. Her work taught Christina something very important: communities thrive when they have active, engaged citizens collaborating for the greater good.

State Representative Matt Lehman (R-Berne)

Chair, House Insurance Committee

Matt LehmanMatt Lehman is a Republican member of the Indiana House of Representatives, representing District 79. He was first elected to the chamber in 2008. Matt Lehman brings years of experience and expertise to the House of Representatives in the area of insurance. For this reason, Rep. Lehman serves the caucus as the Chairman for the Insurance Committee. In his private life, he is a part owner of a successful insurance business.

 

Craig Andrews

Business Insurance Product Development Officer, State Auto Insurance Companies

Craig AndrewsCraig Andrews joined State Auto in 1996 as Senior Commercial Specialist before becoming Business Insurance Product Development Officer in 2006.

Reporting to State Auto's Director of Business Insurance, Craig leads the home office Business Insurance Product Development Team, responsible for the company's commercial lines coverage form portfolio in all its states of operation. He also coordinates and acts as the lead coverage instructor for State Auto's award-winning PaceSetter producer development program and serves as coverage form expert witness in litigation matters.

Dr. Richard Baker

Director, Indiana State University Unmanned Systems

Richard BakerDr. Richard (Dick) Baker is the Chair of Indiana State University's Department of Aviation Technology, Director of the ISU Flight Academy, and Executive Director of the Center for Unmanned Systems and Human Capital Development.

Prior to entering the academic world, Baker was the Chief Consultant Systems Engineer for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and General Motors, and has many years of executive level experience in information technology (IT), working with a number of Fortune 500 clients, governments and alliance partners including Microsoft, SAP, PeopleSoft, Hewlett-Packard, and Oracle.

Baker served as the Director of Human Factors and Safety for American Airlines with responsibility for crew resource management, safety, and recurrency training for all pilots and flight attendants. He received professional certification in risk management from the National Transportation Safety Institute.

Stephanie Dingman

​Vice President, Aon Risk Solutions

Stephanie DingmanStephanie is a member of Aon’s Professional Risk Solutions team, a groundbreaking team created in 2000 made up of risk specialists from inside and outside the insurance industry, drawing from technology, law, and consulting.

She is also a Team Leader within Aon’s Financial Services Group, Professional Risk Solutions Team. She manages a team of brokers as well as E&O exposures for Middle Market clients across the country.

Stephanie has been with Aon since 1997 and in previous roles was a Director for Aon Broking U.S. Retail, an Account Executive in Miami and a Senior Consultant on the Actuarial & Analytics team within AGRC.

Robin Harbage

Director, Towers Watson

Robin HarbageRobin serves as the global head of sales and product delivery for usage-based insurance and Towers Watson’s DriveAbility product. He has more than 30 years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry.

Before joining Towers Watson, Robin was a senior consultant for EMB. He also served over 20 years at Progressive Insurance in various roles including Vice President and Corporate Actuary, Product Manager for Personal Auto, and General Manager with responsibilities for pricing, product development, marketing, claims, underwriting, regulatory affairs, and business strategy.

Cody Olsen

Broker, Aon Risk Solutions

Cody OlsenCody is a Broker within Aon’s Financial Services Group, Professional Risk Solutions Team. He manages E&O exposures for Middle Market clients across the country.

He is a member of Aon’s Professional Risk Solutions team, a groundbreaking team created twelve years ago made up of risk specialists from inside and outside the insurance industry, drawing from technology, law, and consulting. Cody has been with Aon since 2011 and in previous roles was with Aon Broking U.S. Retail in Chicago and Aon Broking – EMEA based in London.

Kathleen Rice

Counsel, Faegre Baker Daniels

Kathleen RiceKathleen Rice provides strategic legal counsel to corporate and government entities on issues relating to data privacy, risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance with federal laws and regulations.

Kathleen's practice also focuses on legislative, regulatory and policy matters affecting the information technology industry. She advises clients on public policy matters related to intellectual property rights, privacy and telecommunications. Kathleen counsels clients on developing thoughtful policies that grow the Internet economy and enhance innovation, productivity and security.

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Kathleen spent nearly 20 years in law enforcement, intelligence and government affairs. Her experience included serving as Counsel on the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence — the Senate Committee responsible for oversight of the 17 federal agencies and offices in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Kathleen provided legal and policy advice to members of Congress on a wide range of national security matters, including cybersecurity, surveillance, data collection and privacy.
