Kathy CabelloPresident and CEO, Cabello Associates, Inc.

"Can you Sleep at Night? A Story of Entrepreneurship and Ethics"

Kathy CabelloKathy Cabello has served on the Indiana State University Board of Trustees since 2014. President and co-founder of Cabello Associates, Inc., she previously worked as a computer systems developer for Fortune 500 companies.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a graduate of the Minority Business Executive Program at Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Trustee Cabello is currently vice chair of the Board of Trustees and has previously served as secretary and assistant secretary. She serves on Fifth Third Bank, Greater Indiana Board and is a past president of the Indianapolis chapters of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.

Dr. Shikha BhattacharyyaExecutive Director, reTHink, Inc.

"Trash Talk"

Shikha BhattacharyyaDr. Shikha Bhattacharyya is a pharmacist and an environmental activist. She complements her passion towards environmental sustainability endeavors through a non-profit organization, reTHink, Inc., committed to create a cleaner and greener Wabash Valley.

reTHink accomplishes the mission of environmental sustainability through community gardens, cooking classes, plastic up-cycling center, and a zero-waste community store.

Her educational background includes a PhD in Biomedical Studies from Baylor University, a Masters in Biochemical Engineering and an undergraduate in Pharmacy.

Rachel LeslieChief Executive Officer, RJL Solutions

"Ethics and Workplace Culture"

Rachel LeslieRachel founded RJL Solutions in the summer of 2017 where she recognized the importance and value of advocacy and representation. The firm began as an advocacy firm and has since expanded to the marketing and strategic communications industry.
Rachel holds a Master of Leadership Development degree from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a B.S. degree in Speech Communication Public Relations and Journalism from Indiana State University. She is a graduate of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce Executive Association Chamber University, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management, and the Indiana Leadership Forum.
 
She served the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce in many capacities for seven years, including Executive Vice President, and was the Vice President for External Relations at Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College for five years.

Marcus McChristianForeign Service Officer, U.S. Department of State

"The Many Languages of Ethics: An International Perspective"

Marcus McChristianMarcus McChristian received his Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University and MBA from the University of Central Florida. He is currently working on his dissertation for the completion of his PhD in Global Leadership.

Marcus has worked for the U.S. Department of State for the past 15 years where he has lived and completed tours of duty in multiple countries within Africa, Asia, Europe, and South America.

Prior to his time with the U.S. State Department, Marcus held positions in the private sector as the Director of Finance and International General Manager for several multinational companies.

Marcus holds the professional designation as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and he is a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated.

Tradara McLaurineCo-Owner, Tremark Development, LLC

Tradara McLaurineTradara McLaurine is a three-time alumna of Indiana State University with two bachelor's degrees one in accounting, one in legal studies and her master's degree in Student Affairs and Higher Education and her certification in Women's Entrepreneurship from eCornell.

She has over 15 years' experience working in higher education in the areas of career advising, academic advising, student conduct, conferences and events, programming, teaching and residential life.

Tradara currently holds certifications as a Certified Diversity Professional from the Institute of Diversity Certification, Certified Trainer for Understanding and Engaging Under-Resourced College Students from Bridges Out of Poverty and a certified Predictive Index Practitioner.

She is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, board member for Junior Achievement and United Campus Ministries.

Dan RileySenior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana

"Ethical Dilemmas in the Workplace"

Dan RileyDan Riley serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana, with responsibilities for accounting, payroll, treasury, risk management, and strategy. He started at Goodwill in 1997 as Controller.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked at Cinergy Corporation and Arthur Andersen in Indianapolis. Dan is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and Financial Executives International.

Away from work, he is a runner, cyclist and outdoors enthusiast, and he and his wife enjoy traveling to visit their two adult children.

Dan is a graduate of the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series (Class XXVI) and the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Hoosier Fellows Class of 2013. He has served as a board member and volunteer with several Indianapolis nonprofits and schools.

He currently serves on the Indiana State University Foundation Board of Directors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Indiana State University.

Marsha StoneSenior Director - Commercial Enterprise, Indianapolis Airport Authority

"Behind the Curtain.. Ethics in Airports and Business"
Marsha Stone

Marsha Stone is an accomplished airport and senior financial executive, leading the award-winning Indianapolis Airport Authority’s (IAA) commercial and business development team. Marsha has played a strategic role in the IAA's financial and development activities since joining the team in 1994.

Since 2013 she has led all commercial, business development, and revenue generating activities for the airport, including air service development which has involved recruitment of numerous key non-stop routes and multiple new airlines.

Marsha takes great pride in delighting passengers and visitors at Indianapolis International Airport (IND) through its award-winning concessions program and customer service initiatives, all significantly contributing to IND being recognized as the top airport in North America year after year by ACI, J.D. Power, Travel & Leisure, Trip Advisor, and Condé Naste.

Marsha is a Hoosier and has lived in Indiana her entire life. She is an advocate and leader within her community and for the aviation industry.
